No Refunds for Cancelation Policy
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD Deposit. Full payment of retreat is expected by July 15th. Any cancelation made between February 1st and April 1st will result in a 50% loss of funds. Any cancelation made after April 1st and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.

If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
