Mimosas & Liquid Gold: An Olive Oil Brunch

Join us for a fun and delicious Olive Oil Tasting Brunch, where you’ll discover why Spanish olive oil is often referred to as “liquid gold.”

In partnership with the local producer Oleo Almanzora, this special brunch experience will introduce you to a selection of their olive oils, paired with a variety of tasty brunch pairings, designed to highlight the unique flavors of each oil.

Enjoy mimosas made with fresh-squeezed orange juice, a variety of brunch dishes, and a guided tasting which will help you learn how to taste, pair, and truly appreciate high-quality Spanish olive oil.

After the tasting, you’ll also have the opportunity to purchase your favourite oils to take home, so you can continue enjoying local flavours in your own kitchen.

It’s the perfect way to spend a late morning — delicious food, beachside setting, and a deeper connection to one of Spain’s most beloved traditions.

To make the morning even more meaningful, €1 from every ticket will be donated to PAWS-PATAS to support their wonderful work helping animals in our local community. 🐾

For only 45€, you will enjoy unlimited mimosas from 11am until 1:30pm, and a private olive oil tasting paired with local produce in a relaxed setting in front of the Mediterranean sea.
