Do you fancy creating an authentic Spanish Tabla (charcuterie board) in a relaxed, sociable beachfront environment?
Well, now you can!
You will be tasting and selecting gourmet charcuterie ingredients from the province of Almeria, and not only are they delicious, but they are also award-winning. Our local ingredients and our guide during the tasting part of the event are from Gala, a lovely gourmet shop that you will quickly become one of your favorite places to shop! Not only do you get to savour your favourite ingredients, but you will also have the opportunity to make your own tabla to take home with those ingredients.

What is included at the event:
On arrival, you will be greeted with a Cava (or a nonalcoholic beverage) and canapes.
You will be guided through a tasting experience to learn about the local products you are experiencing. Each set of products will be paired with a different wine. This will enable you to select those items that suit your palate and complement the included wines.
Products that will be tasting include local cheeses, various cured meats, jamones, olives, and other traditional accompaniments.
Once you have selected your favourites, you will be able to create your own tabla to take home with you.
We will show you how to make a beautiful tabla, just like the professionals!
By the end of the experience, you will not only have the knowledge to recreate a tabla to impress your friends and family, but you will also understand why the region of Almeria is known for an incredible range of award-winning culinary delights.
We are passionate about supporting local charities, and €1 from every ticket will be donated to PAWS-PATAS to support their wonderful work helping animals in our local community. 🐾
